I found the videos and information really useful. Along with the videos I had to submit 5 case studies to my trainer Karen.
Karen was really responsive and was extremely helpful. I felt a little underwhelmed with the lash lifts that I had been creating previously and Karen gave me some feedback and some really useful tips. It’s made a huge difference to my lifts!
